TD Travel Club Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions are applicable to the TD Travel Club to comply with our Service Provider Partners, thus ensuring that we can consistently offer the lowest rates in the market.

Travel Club Membership is restricted to bona-fide Travel Industry employees as detailed on the Travel Club webpage.
Members are required to complete an Application Form with their Travel Industry Employee details and a scanned copy of your business card and ID.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Membership registration and payment is required prior to making reservations.
ID is required at Hotel and Hire Car check-in.
Failure to provide ID may result in the Hotel or Hire Car office charging the standard rack-rate.
Specific terms and conditions for each product will be published at time of booking.
Special promotions outside of Hotel Club, Avis Hire Car and Chartis Travel Insurance bookings will be on an on-request basis subject to availability at the time of the request.
