Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions are applicable to the TDA Privilege Club to comply with our Suppliers Terms and Conditions and to ensure that we can consistently offer the lowest possible booking fees.
- Privilege Club Membership is restricted to bona-fide Travel Agents.
- Membership registration and payment is required prior to making a hotel reservation.
- Members are required to complete a one page form with their Travel Agent details, a scanned copy of your business card and an Agency Stamp.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- A minimum of 2 nights stay is required at any hotel.
- Travel Agents are not permitted to utilize a Partner Hotel in their home city.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Bookings are required 96 hours in advance.
- Hotel bookings will be reconfirmed following payment. Hotels may decline the booking if there is a significant delay in payment and rooms become taken.
- All prices are in US Dollars.
- Members must spend a minimum of 1 hour with a Sales representative of the hotel if requested by the hotel.
- Members must complete a Survey Form to be posted on the TDA Website.
- Hotel Booking fee is non-refundable due to the unprecedented low rates.
- Further terms and conditions will be published from time to time.
