What are the criteria to join the Privilege Club?
You must be a Bona Fide Travel Agent and provide your IATA/TIDS number.

Membership registration is via the TDA website
- What is the membership fee?
Membership is $39.95 per individual. 2 year membership is discounted to $69.95. 3 year membership is discounted to $89.95.
- What are the Hotel booking fees?
TDA has a 3 tier flat pricing policy:
3 Star Hotel = US$39.95
4 Star Hotel = US$54.95
5 Star Hotel = US$69.95
- What do the booking management fees cover?
Yes, TDA charge a management fee in the form of the Hotel booking fee to cover the cost or establishing and maintaining a call centre, sales and marketing activities, infrastructure and payment gateway booking charges.
- Must I produce ID at check-in?
Yes, ID must be produced otherwise the Hotel will reserve the right to charge applicable room rates.
- Are there any restrictions on where I can book a hotel?
Travel Agents are not permitted to utilize a Partner Hotel in their home city.
- Is my reservation a live booking?
No, all bookings are subject to availability.
- How far in advance do I need to book?
Bookings are required 96 hours in advance.
- What is the minimum number of room nights per booking?
Travel Agents are required to stay a minimum of 2 room nights per booking.
- Is the Hotel obliged to provide additional complimentary services other than the room itself?
No. Bookings are made on a room only basis. Other complimentary benefits and room upgrades are at the discretion of the Hotel.
- What type of room must the Hotel provide for each Family?
Room type is at the discretion of the Hotel, as are any upgrade offers.
- How long must the Travel Agent spend with the Director of Sales or a sales team representative?
1 hour minimum.
- What does the Travel Agent need to provide in exchange for the concessional pricing of the Hotel room?
Travel Agent must submit a review of At least 150 words that will be published on the TDA website. Content will be reviewed prior to publication. Travel Agent receives recognition for the review.
- What if the Travel Agent wants a longer stay at the Hotel?
The Travel Agent and Hotel directly negotiates the applicable room rate beyond the 2 night complimentary stay
- Does the Travel Agent have accessed to discounted advertisements with TDA?
Yes, special discounts will apply to Travel Agents members.
